Returns are defined as unwanted items that at no fault to Walden House of Gifts, was ordered in error.

1. Eligibility

a. Item Returns are authorized up to 30 days from delivery date.

b. RGA’s are valid 30 days after issuance by Walden House of Gifts.

c. All items must still have original packaging and tags

2. Process

a. Returns are to be requested by email to Walden House of Gifts customer service. customerservice@waldenhouseofgifts.com

b. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) will be processed and supplied by Walden House of Gifts.

c. Walden House of Gifts will provide a shipping label. Customer is responsible for shipping item with the RGA Number written on the outside of the parcel, or with a copy of the RGA form inside the package. Ship too information will be listed on the RGA.

d. The return shipment will be inspected by Walden House of Gifts and processed. e. Walden House of Gifts will give shipments without RGA documentation a reasonable, good faith effort to identify and process. Items still unidentified will be discarded.

3. Exclusions

a. Opened Health and Beauty items
